General Rules applicable to all tour Packages:
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS:
• The Company has full authority to change the package and costing in future if there is a hike in tariff & taxes on hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
• The tour package is not confirmed until the company receives the initial deposit amount for the specified tour package. Payment must be done in as per the Payment Policy.
• Client will receive only those services which are specified in booking voucher.
• In case if customer wish to cancel his/her booking 15 calendar days prior to commencement of travel date, due to whatsoever reasons like financial inability to make remaining payment, medical/personal/professional reasons, etc the Company is liable to recover Cancellation Charges from the Client. All cancellations requests to be communicated with company in written over email.
• Advance token amount received from client is non-refundable for all the cases if client cancels the tour plan or in case of No Show
• Advance token amount will be non-refundable in case if the cancellation is done 15 calendar days prior to travel commencement date or in case of No Show scenarios.
• Cancellation charges will be as per the rules mentioned above*.
• Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in other form like cash/money/alternative services. etc
Reservation & Cancellation Rules*:
1. Tour Package Rates are subject to change.
2. Cancellation charge applies on all cancellations including date changes and refunds
3. Cancellation / Date changes between 15-10 calendar days before the tour departure will be 25% of the total package amount, will be retained by Company.
4. Cancellation / Date changes between 10-05 Calendar days before the tour departure will be 50 % of the total package amount, will be retained by Company.
5. Cancellation / Date changes between 05-01 calendar days before the tour departure will be 75% of the total package amount, will be retained by Company.
6. Cancellation / Date change charges will be 100% if cancelled on or after the travel commencement Day or No show.
7. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to client belongings, personal/medical issues during the travel and in the hotel premises. Client will be solely responsible for everything including any other additional/personal/Medical expenses.
8. Booking amount will not be refunded at any cost.
Payment Policy:
1. Tour Package will be confirmed only after receiving the advance 50% token amount of the total package Amount
2. No bookings are guaranteed without advance payment. Rates & hotels are subject to availability.
3. Balance Payment has to be made 10 days before travel commencement date.
4. Client to send billing instructions – Billing Name/ Billing Address with pin code/Buyer GSTIN
5. Payments can be made through UPI/ Bank Transfer / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS /GPAY or PHONEPE. Payment / Bank Details will be provided at the time of booking.
